Financial Controller

We are a global, fast-paced, and innovative start up with offices in Ramat Gan, London, and Grand Rapids (MI).

Our Financial Team is growing and we are looking to add a Financial Controller. The Controller will report to the Director of Finance while working closely with other finance and operations team members and will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the consolidated financial reporting and accounting, including the accuracy of the Company's general ledger and its compliance with US GAAP.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports and ensure they are timely, accurate, and compliant with GAAP requirements.
• Work closely with external auditors and comply with annual statutory audits, government reporting requirements, and tax filings.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and improving financial procedures, internal control, and accounting policies.
• Assist with the daily ongoing financial operation tasks such as cash flow management, payroll, account payables, etc.
• Oversee invoicing and account receivables process.
• Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities of the group companies.
• Ensure the Revenue Recognition policy and compliance with ASC 606.
• Assisting in monthly book closings, budget preparation, and budget versus actual reporting.

Requirements

• CPA designation.
• 2+ years experience in high-tech companies, preferably SaaS.
• Experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP, external reporting processes, and timelines.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and quality deliverables.
• Strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
