Storage Specialist

For a leading security company in the central region, we are looking for a Storage Specialist

Job Description: Our company is looking for an experienced Storage Specialist to join our leading IT team. The role includes managing, planning, and maintaining data storage systems, troubleshooting, and implementing technological upgrades and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate SAN/NAS-based data storage systems.
• Plan and implement new data storage solutions and infrastructures.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to existing storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in storage systems, including real-time problem detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize workflows and improve performance.
• Ensure data availability and maintain information security in storage systems.
• Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for storage system improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing data storage systems (SAN/NAS).
• In-depth knowledge of storage systems from leading manufacturers such as NetApp, EMC, IBM, HPE.
• Experience in planning and implementing data storage solutions in complex environments.
• High technical understanding and ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience with storage management and control tools.
• Familiarity with communication protocols and networks, especially in the storage field.
• Ability to work in a team and function under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in a technological field - an advantage.
