About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Telephone Sales Representative to join our amazing sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, agile, independent, and dedicated with strong communication and sales skills. Responsibilities include warming up leads, scheduling tours at our facilities with regional sales managers, and coordinating introductory meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Generate interest and schedule planned tours at our facilities with regional sales managers.
• Understand the needs of interested leads and provide tailored solutions to increase sales opportunities.
• Act as a positive ambassador for ROOMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interested leads and determine next steps in the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional experience as a telephone sales representative or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment with KPIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Independent work capabilities and self-motivation.
• Customer service experience and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree - an advantage.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems - a plus.
