Recruiter - maternity leave replacement

We are a stealth-mode startup founded by repeat entrepreneurs who are neuroscience and deep learning experts, and funded by top VCs.

We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join our People team for maternity leave replacement (~9 months). In this role you will play a pivotal role in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. We value people first and love working together.

In this position you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Source passive talents through referrals, networking, Internet searches, and other sourcing tools
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Manage the candidate experience by keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing timely feedback
• Implement effective data-driven hiring processes using the ATS
• Onboard new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the company culture and role

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years of recruiting experience at startups
• Passion for recruiting, especially for technological and deep technologies roles
• High-level of expertise in advanced sourcing techniques
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to identify qualified candidates based on specific job requirements
• Active listening skills and a genuine interest in people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be a life-long learner, and know how to ask the right questions
• Love collaborating with others and working in a team
• Proven record of taking ownership and getting shit done
