Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing our WhatsApp community, interacting with members, moderating discussions, and scheduling sessions & events that give value to our community. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content, and analyzing community insights to drive community growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community management a must
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge in sustainability & climatech is a bonus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative & outside of the box thinking to bring more value to the community
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Oversee daily operations of our WhatsApp community, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Member Interaction: Actively engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful discussions.
• Content Creation: Develop and share relevant, high-quality content that resonates with our community members.
• Event Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute virtual & In-person events and sessions that provide value to our members.
• Moderation: Monitor conversations to ensure adherence to community guidelines and handle any issues that arise.
• Analytics: Gather and analyze community insights to inform strategies for growth and engagement.
