Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience of media buying with proven track record of managing high scale performance based budgets
• Hands-on experience with search feeds is a big plus
• Experience with native campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain
• Experience in Social media buy: Facebook, Snap, TikTok, etc would be a plus
• Supreme analytical skills, with the ability to go deep and find the right pieces of data in big amounts of data without getting lost in the process
• Good understanding of performance attribution mechanics and experience with affiliate platforms such as Voluum, Clickflare, Affise, etc.
• Hands-on ability to build this role from scratch, from setting the platforms to the creation of work methods and funnels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Good organizational skills of tasks and relevant data
• BA/BSc degree - a plus
