Procurement Manager

As our Procurement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this climate tech revolution, driving our mission forward through strategic sourcing and supplier management. You'll lead international procurement efforts, negotiating deals and crafting agreements that optimize costs and efficiency. You'll be conducting pricing analysis, leading risk management, identifying market trends, and collaborating across departments to align procurement and operational needs. You'll manage our global supply chain and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:

• 5+ years managing strategic and tactical procurement in an international organization
• Proven track record in global supplier identification, certification, and relationship management
• Expertise in leading complex procurement processes across borders
• Proficient in bottom-up pricing analysis for process products
• Demonstrated history working with engineering, production, quality, and planning teams
• Deep knowledge of procurement in areas such as raw materials (metals), forgings, piping, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment

Requirements:

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures and agreement drafting
• Adept at identifying and mitigating procurement and supplier risks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment managing multiple projects
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement software
• Willingness to travel internationally

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or related field
