Xwinsys is a growing company developing inspection machines for wafers, located in Migdal HaEmek.

we are looking for Senior Control System Engineer

Job Title:

Responsible for all configurations, implementations, and testing of precise drive systems (micron-level movements). Continuous improvement of systems to achieve maximum accuracy, defining requirements with software and hardware departments, and PLC programming.

Role Purpose:

Planning controllers, troubleshooting and solving problems, leading new initiatives, and improving existing systems to maximize performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for all dynamic systems in the machine: pneumatic, hydraulic, and motorized systems of all types.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Reports to the HW Department Manager. Working with customers on all control-related issues. Continuous improvement of existing systems or replacement thereof. Working with application, mechanical, software, and procurement departments.

Required Conditions for the Role:

1. Bachelor’s degree, mandatory.
2. Master’s degree, an advantage.
3. Mandatory experience in precise drive control (micron accuracy), over 7 years, PLC programming.
4. Advantage for candidates with experience in working with large multidisciplinary systems (both in physical dimensions and technological complexity).
5. Ability to define experiments and analyze results, mandatory.
6. Independent and proactive.
7. Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.
8. Advantage, familiarity with the microelectronics industry.
