• Lead a growing team of 5 talented engineers - technical mentoring, personal growth and execution. 
• Double & Triple the team while keeping high pace 
• Direct high-throughput delivery initiatives, consistently meeting critical project deadlines.
• Build a highly scalable customer facing product end-to-end, capable of serving thousands and managing large volumes of.
• Actively engage in hands-on coding activities, 20% of your time.
• Recruit new members to the team.
• This senior position will have a significant impact on development and company culture.

• 3+ Years of experience leading R&D teams of 20-40 members, establishing technical strategies, and breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks.
• 5+ Years of experience working in startup environment
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying cloud-based solutions and enterprise grade SaaS products.
• Engineering hands-on experience with web technologies, expert in developing server-side.
• Proven experience building products in the stack

Bonus skills:

• BSc or MSc in computer science or related fields.
• Experience in building big-data pipelines and solving customer problems using Machine Learning and Computer vision.
