VP People

Job Overview: The VP of People & Culture will be responsible for shaping and executing our people strategy to support our rapid growth. This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and the development of a high-performing culture that aligns with our values. The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and engage in hands-on recruiting and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives, providing coaching and support to leadership as a trusted advisor.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee recruitment efforts, actively source candidates, and build a strong employer brand that attracts top talent while implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure employee engagement from day one.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, developing initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
4. Performance Management & Development: Implement performance management systems, provide coaching to managers, and create training programs that support continuous learning and career growth.
5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Embed D&I initiatives into all HR practices, ensuring they are integrated into the employee experience while also managing compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in building HR practices with a strong background in recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on recruiting and HR work.
