Software Engineer Team Lead

A global tech company in the Digital Experience Management field has developed technology that helps organizations monitor and understand the overall user experience for any application on any device, providing a focused perspective of the experience.

They develop products that allow organizations to identify performance issues in their applications.

Role Description: Reporting to the Group Manager, managing 2 full-stack developers. The team is being established and will develop a new product from scratch, performing 50% hands-on full-stack development, split 50/50 between client and server. On the client side, development will be for the web using React or Angular (the most advanced version, yet to be decided), and on the server side, development will be in Java with Spring Boot. There is also a component in C# for desktop.

Technological Environment: Microservices, PostgreSQL, AWS, S3, TypeScript.

Requirements:

• Experience leading R&D teams.

• Strong development skills in Object Oriented languages

• Strong development skills in Web technologies and frameworks.

• 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend (Java)

• 5+ years of meaningful experience with frontend (Angular/React, Typescript, HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript) development.

• Experience with Cloud, Managed services, AWS/Azure, and SaaS technologies

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, investigation skills, solid experience in production incidents resolution
