A private tech company that develops and provides leading technology for video and audio advertising solutions in the digital industry, including one of their leading products, a Text to Speech solution based on advanced algorithms. Their technology is used on large, leading websites and applications worldwide, and they are profitable from operations without reliance on investors.

Located in central Israel, the company has 13 employees.

Role Description: Reporting to the CTO, the role involves approximately 20% hands-on coding, with a managerial emphasis. The main challenge is to manage the daily tasks of the team currently in Israel, consisting of 4 Backend developers, Frontend developers, a team leader, and a QA engineer, as well as a developer in Ukraine, totaling six employees with plans to hire one more. Additionally, the role includes implementing internal algorithmic systems.

Technological Stack: NodeJS, React, AWS.
