Job Description:

Accountable for V&V team’s short-term and long-term deliverables. The team leader is responsible for:

• Verification plans, execution follow-up and verification summaries, while ensuring all requirements’ testing coverage. 
• Enabling efficient teamwork (planning, monitoring, coaching, supporting, removing road-blocks)
• Reviewing various product designs, for technical support in agile testing methods and during formal verification.
• Debugging system failures and issues found during testing, for helping the developers in focused investigation.
• Determine and manage the testing environments and tools.
• Work closely with development teams and part of program core team
• Non-hybrid, full-time position at Matam, Haifa and Tirat Carmel sites

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Bio-Medical / Electronic Engineering.
• +3 years of experience in leading verification teams in development of multi-disciplinary products.
• Strong knowledge of software QA processes.
• Experience with test tools and frameworks (such as: ALM & Jira)
• Good technical skills (both depth and width of technical knowledge) with strong analyzing capabilities, while debugging system failures and issues found during testing.
• Good documentation skills of test design and scripts for complete coverage of detailed system requirements
• Excellent people skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent English skills.
