Located in central Israel, the company has five employees and offers two days a week of remote work.

The company consists of experienced programmers and analysts. This role has the potential to evolve into a Lead position with broad responsibility for the ML domain, taking it to the next level.

The role reports to the VP of Development. The work involves end-to-end research and development, primarily in NLP, LLM with Transformers, including research and construction of neural networks, model training, embeddings, VectorDB, RAG, and GenAI work. It also involves optimization and quantization with GPTQ and (Q)LoRA, working in an Azure environment, and dealing with MLOps, CI/CD, model pipelines, model deployment, and coding in Python with ML/DL libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or other related fields.
• Having a PhD is a plus, but is not as important to us as demonstrating a proven track record of building solutions for real-world problems which met with actual customers.
• 5+ years of experience in developing end to end machine learning solutions, involving
• substantial
• software development (programming) efforts, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• 2+ years of professional experience with NLP, 1+ years of professional experience with Large Language Models (LLM)/GenAI technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Langchain, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch and similar, 1+ years of experience with prompt engineering, 1+ years of experience with vector databases.
• 1+ years of experience with fine-tuning open source LLMs, familiarity with PEFT, model quantization & optimization techniques such as GPTQ, (Q)LoRA.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure, 2+ years of experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, model deployment in test and production environments.
• Solid understanding of backend development principles, including software architecture, API design, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing techniques, exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
