Financial Accountant

We are looking for a motivated Financial Accountant who is looking to jump start his/her career and join a large international public firm, a leader in its field, as part of the accounting team.

 * At Evoke you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Your role:

• Manage the local AP process and the relationship with the local banks and local authorities in Israel
• Prepare the monthly payment runs and bank transfers
• Review the local cash management process
• Prepare and file the local reports such as VAT and WHT reports
• Prepare the STAT accounts for the Israeli entities and lead the annual audit
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and advisors, work closely with a wide range of teams across the finance department, act as an analytical focal point & support decision making
• Analyze financial data, perform multiple scenarios, build models and identify trends

Job Requirements

Your skills:

• You have an academic education in accounting, CPA Certified - a must
• You have 1-3 years of experience – a must
• You have Strong accounting fundamentals knowledge and excellent Excel proficiency
• You have experience and ability to work as part of a team, yet also to think and work independently
• You have ability to work in an intense and dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• You have English at a very high level

You have a major advantage if:

• You have experience in filing local reports in Israel
• You are familiar with ERP systems, Oracle cloud
