Position: Frontal and over the phone Trainer

Job Description:

• Providing telephone and in-person training to B2B clients.
• Preparing tutorial content and resources and delivering them effectively.
• Providing professional support to clients and maintaining constant support assistance.
• Participating in meetings and field training.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in real-time.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in telephone and in-person training - an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Quick learning ability and familiarity with new technologies.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to solve problems in real-time.
• Excellent proficiency in computer applications, including Office.

Employment: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday
