Dafna Shmuelevich & Co. is a boutique labor law firm based in Herzliya, known as "The Voice of Employers." The firm specializes in advising employers, leading high-profile labor and employment law cases, and shaping public discourse on labor market issues. Clients range from private sector corporations to public sector companies, and they receive customized, creative, and innovative legal solutions.
Role Description
A full-time hybrid role. The Lawyer will handle labor and employment law cases, provide legal advice to clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in labor disputes. The role is primarily located in Herzliya, but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- High legal research and drafting legal documents skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in labor law or related fields is an advantage
- License to practice law in Israel
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Experience working with corporate clients is a plus
