Web2/Web3 Marketing Manager

A company founded by experts in blockchain and gaming that is building a decentralized ecosystem of game franchises for Web2 and Web3 — empowering players to own their game is looking to add an experienced, passionate marketing professional to its team. This role involves planning, managing, and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive communications across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of community managers and oversee community activities and marketing communications both in-house and externally.

• Create and distribute short-form content (e.g., posts) across various platforms.

• Implement strategies to engage the community and incorporate feedback into marketing plans.

• Gather feedback, address concerns, and build positive community rapport.

• Manage and execute social media activities, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality posts.

• Monitor social media trends and maintain responsive communication. Ensure all content adheres to the company’s quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar. Coordinate with departments to ensure the timely execution of marketing events and campaigns.

• Serve as the primary contact for partner-related marketing communications; share relevant announcements and updates with partners.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the blockchain and crypto marketing.

• Native-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Passionate about social media management, particularly on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

• A harmonious blend of independent drive and collaborative teamwork.

• Previous experience with companies in the gaming industry is a plus.
