We are looking for a detail-oriented Wallet Reconciliation Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our wallet transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and providing insights to improve our financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilitie

• Perform daily reconciliation of wallet transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in wallet transactions, investigating variances
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reconciliation process
• Prepare and present regular reconciliation reports to controllers highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing actionable insights
• Work closely with the other teams to ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of reconciliation processes and procedures
• Ensure all reconciliation activities are in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

• tMinimum of 1 year of experience in a reconciliation or financial analysis role
• High proficiency with Excel (financial, pivot table, lookup functions)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with Python, SQL, and BI tools - advantage
