Arm’s Israel Sales team leads deep and expansive relationships with companies who develop semiconductor devices, electronic products and associated services across many market sectors (automotive, IoT, mobile computing and infrastructure etc). The team also leads many commercial/technical engagements to generate direct business and influence the adoption of solutions through alternative channels.
Job Overview
Reporting to the VP Sales EMEAI, the Sales Director will define, articulate and implement a plan to achieve market leadership.
- Evangelize Arm solutions with Arm partners and wider industry, at conferences and other public venues.
- Understand the competitive landscape, track changing industry trends and dynamics whilst developing strategies to take on technical and business challenges and generating new business opportunities.
- Influence Arm’s wider organisation to get the vital support and resources.
- Identifying, profiling, and prioritising target accounts based on opportunity size, strategic importance, difficulty/complexity, and time to revenue.
- Creating account plans with agreed objectives and strategies to penetrate these companies, conveying Arm’s value proposition to get Arm solutions adopted and drive specific design wins.
- Identifying the key decision makers and influencers with the objective of growing Arm's technology by developing trust between Arm and the customer at the technical, business, and executive levels.
- Understanding customer requirements, product plans and roadmaps and presenting those within Arm.
- Tracking and communicating internally all driven activity and engagement within each account.
- Results orientation as displayed by past achievement in successfully developing account plans, performing sales initiatives, and winning designs in the semiconductor industry.
- Capable of aligning multiple partners to pursue new strategies and tactical implementation of multi-pronged strategies.
- Able to lead and advance many projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to the unexpected
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, engineering or other applicable field required.
- Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of Arm cores, tools, boards, application’s software, and systems would be beneficial.
- Delivery of results – You demonstrate a can-do attitude, and you drive to overcome obstacles.
- Partner / customer focus – putting your partners and customers first in all that you do by understanding their needs aspiring to achieve win-win solutions.
- Creativity / innovation – Possessing curiosity and a passion for driving continuous improvement through spotting opportunities and seeking the views of others.
- Team / personal development – taking time to drive your own development, while also encouraging team members and partners to do the same.
