Responsibilities

Branding and advertising of the college in the international academic and research arena. Creating and strengthening the college's connections in the international arena in the academic and research field. Creating opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with academic institutions, research institutes and funds to promote research.

Qualifications

1. Foreign languages: knowledge of languages, especially English at an excellent level, as well as Hebrew, and Arabic is an advantage.

2. Academic degree: holder of a master's degree or doctorate in fields related to education, international relations, or similar fields.

3. International and multicultural knowledge: understanding of different education systems, international cultures and customs, and the ability to communicate and face multicultural challenges.

4. Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and orally, with a variety of audiences, including students, faculty members, and international partners.

5. Management ability: project management, team management, and the ability to set and follow organizational goals.

6. Organizational and planning abilities: ability to plan and organize events, exchange programs, and various projects at an international level.

7. In-depth recognition of the international academic and research arena, research funds, institutions and programs of the European Union in the academic and research field.

8. Experience in international work: previous experience in the field of international relations, academic exchange or similar positions (advantage).

9. High level technological knowledge and skills.
