Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Analyze marketing performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
• Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, content) to ensure integrated growth efforts.
• Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring spending to meet financial targets.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading successful growth campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
