About the role:

• Overall responsibility for all supporting systems in computer and communication rooms.
• Direct responsibility for continuous operation of the electrical network, HVAC systems, UPS systems, generators, and low voltage systems.
• Comprehensive responsibility for all maintenance aspects across the company nationwide, including construction, furniture, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC, and more.
• Specification, planning, and management of preventive and routine maintenance programs for all systems in the company's facilities, with a long-term perspective.
• Providing maintenance solutions for the work environment, managing a request system, and supervising a team of employees.
• Managing the operational aspects of catering services, cafes, and cafeterias.
• Availability 24/7, including weekends and holidays, for emergencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operating and managing assets and systems, as well as managing construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or relevant courses and certifications.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate employees and service providers.
• High personal responsibility and initiative.
• Broad, systemic vision with excellent organizational and planning skills.
