Job Description:

As a CRM Project Manager, you will:

Manage CRM-based technological and national projects within the Salesforce environment

Lead and synchronize multiple teams and suppliers to ensure project success

Analyze complex systems and work continuously with clients, including conducting characterization meetings and analyzing business processes

Write characterization documents at both business and technical levels

Build ERD charts, flow charts, and characterize interfaces between systems

Ensure the management and reflection of the company's data layers through BI systems

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in managing CRM projects, including a strong technological background in CRM processes

Proven experience in leading development, implementation, and testing teams

Experience in synchronizing multiple teams and enabling providers

At least 4 years of experience in analyzing complex systems and working continuously with clients

Ability to understand relational data models and build ERD charts, flow charts, and characterize interfaces between systems

At least one year of experience in the Salesforce application platform, including tools like Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas, Reports & Dashboards, and Lightning Pages

Familiarity with Salesforce's authorization model, including Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Profiles

Project management experience on the Salesforce platform

Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
