Collection Specialist

We seek a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Collection Specialist to join our growing team.

What will your day consist of?

• You'll lead communication with a key customer portfolio building and maintaining trusted relationships.
• Utilize advanced tools to prioritize and manage key contacts, ensuring prompt actions.
• Listen attentively to customer challenges, strategizing on improving payment processes.
• Provide guidance on collection risks to Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams.
• Lead or participate in projects to enhance business operations across different regions.
• Work closely with the finance department as well as business leaders to ensure smooth collection process
  
  

• Typically, 3+ years of experience, preferably in collections
• A strong collaborator with excellent English, excellent customer skills, and a focus on trust and credibility to influence action
• ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
• An independent result-oriented professional with:
• An excellent Collection analyst with:
• Understanding of collection and financial concepts
• Analytical skills coupled with a willingness to continuously learn
• Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies

• Expertise in SAP, Priority, and collections software.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work with both the commercial and delivery teams of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,).
