We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing / Director of Marketing to join our team. This role is critical in positioning PVML as a leader in the data access management for AI space. The ideal candidate is an all-around marketer who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. They should be able to think both strategically and tactically, build effective marketing plans, and drive awareness and market education through a robust content marketing program.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position PVML as a leader in the industry.
• Create and implement a strong content marketing program to drive awareness and educate the market.
• Lead demand generation efforts to drive leads and sales opportunities.
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, etc.).
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and support for lead generation and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and partners.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve exceptional results with limited resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing, data protection, and cybersecurity.

• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or similar role in an early-stage SaaS company.
• Strong background in demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Creative thinker with a scrappy, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience building and scaling marketing programs with a modest budget.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or data protection industry is a plus.
