We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Operations to join our executive team. As the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our operational processes and driving efficiency across the organization. This position reports directly to the COO and offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of our operations department.
This is a remote full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy Development: Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness by automation, procedures etc.
- New products and Resource Management: New products launch- Implementing new school-related products/content and synchronizing all relevant company interfaces, monitor resources effectively across schools to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
- Process Optimization: Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs .Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key operational performance metrics and analyze data for informed decision-making. Generate and present reports on the schools and operational performance to management.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to HOS and operational teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration and implementation of technology to support schools and operational needs. Coordinate between the development and product teams and the needs of schools and operations. Ensure technology adoption enhances operational efficiency and scalability.
- Yearly Planning: Annual Plan Preparations for all schools including Vacation schedule, Yearly Semesters plan, yearly classes distribution, Teachers Recruitment plan, Yearly Manpower analysis, Yearly Budget
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a senior Operations role.
- Strong background in operations management in the education sector.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – a must.
