Programmatic Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programmatic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ad tech industry, particularly on the demand side, and possess both technical and customer service skills. This role is crucial for managing our strategic business partnerships, primarily focusing on demand-side activities. The successful candidate will represent us with SSPs, manage partner accounts, and drive revenue growth through data analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical incidents, ensuring accounts reach their full potential by monitoring targeting, blacklists, and new app additions.
• Conduct daily data analysis to detect potential optimizations, utilizing advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing account performance and recommending new products such as apps, websites, formats, and GEOs.
• Assist publishers in implementing strategies, upsell current activities, and communicate effectively to enhance customer success.
• Draft regular performance reports and develop optimization strategies.
• Master essential industry metrics, SDK, and oRTB integrations to support account management.
• Understand account behavior from technical and business perspectives, identifying new opportunities and optimizing results.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical account management, relationship management, or partner-facing roles within the ad tech industry.
• Proficient in ad tech platforms and industry metrics, with experience in ad exchanges, SDK, and oRTB integrations.
• Advanced data analysis skills using spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking focused on business objectives.
• Ability to draft comprehensive performance reports.
• Solid understanding of account behavior and optimization strategies.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive profitability.
