The Role

As a Product Manager at Cognni, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and discussions with partners and customers to identify user needs and painpoints.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to translate user needs into product features.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define product requirements and user stories.
• Own the product launch process, ensuring a smooth and successful go-to-market strategy.
• Actively monitor product performance and user feedback, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Champion user experience (UX) and ensure our products are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the Cyber security industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing software products.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in user research and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for AI and its potential applications.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
