We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager, to join our team in Netanya

Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of advanced analytics and AI/ML projects within Teva's drug development pipelines.The candidate will work in strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of researchers to develop and apply advanced applications across is expected to contribute significantly to the success of drug development, clinical trials, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Understand data science methodologies and tools.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data science tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, dependencies, and other requirements. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Measure project success based on business KPIs. Champion data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  
  

• M.Sc./Ph.D. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, computer science, life sciences)
• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data science tools and project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Hebrew.
