Job Description:

Management and Control (80%)

• Ongoing management of field agents network
• Professional support and guidance for agents
• Managing interfaces with business clients, safety, and distribution factors
• Managing cross-organizational projects and working with different departments
• Providing solutions for ongoing operational challenges
• Responsibility for deployment and expansion goals
• Recruitment and training of new agents

Reports (20%)

• Generating performance reports and data
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Regular reporting to management

Job Requirements

Mandatory

• Proven experience as an operations coordinator in a multi-interface operational framework
• Experience in team management and employee motivation - field agent management is an advantage
• Full proficiency in Office applications, emphasizing Excel
• High service awareness
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment under varying pressures
• High responsibility and work ethic
• Ability to work with technological systems
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English - knowledge of additional languages

Position Terms

• Full-time position
• Availability required beyond regular working hours, including weekends
• Willingness to work nationwide
• Position scope: Full-time - Nationwide
• Valid driver's license
• Reports to VP of Operations and Sales

תיאור התפקיד

ניהול ובקרה  (80%)

• ניהול שוטף של מערך סוכני השטח
• תמיכה וליווי מקצועי של הסוכנים
• ניהול ממשקים מול לקוחות עסקיים, גורמי בטיחות והפצה
• ניהול פרויקטים חוצי ארגון ועבודה מול מחלקות שונות
• מתן פתרונות לאתגרים תפעוליים שוטפים
• אחריות על השגת יעדי פריסה והתרחבות
• גיוס והכשרת סוכנים חדשים

דוחות  (20%)

• הפקת דוחות ביצוע ונתונים
• מעקב אחר מדדי ביצוע
• דיווחים שוטפים להנהלה

דרישות התפקיד

חובה

• ניסיון מוכח כרכז/ת תפעול במסגרת תפעולית מרובת ממשקים .
• ניסיון בניהול צוותים והנעת עובדים- ניהול סוכני שטח מהווה יתרון 
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office, בדגש על  Excel
• תודעת שירות גבוהה
• יכולת מוכחת לעבודה בסביבה דינאמית ותחת לחצים משתנים 
• אחריות ומוסר עבודה גבוה
• יכולת עבודה עם מערכות טכנולוגיות
• שליטה מצוינת בעברית ובאנגלית- שליטה בשפות נוספות

תנאי המשרה

• משרה מלאה
• נדרשת זמינות גם מעבר לשעות העבודה הרגילות, כולל סופי שבוע
• נכונות לעבודה בפריסה ארצית
• היקף משרה: משרה מלאה - ארצי 
• רישיון נהיגה בתוקף
• כפיפות לסמנכל התפעול ומכירות
