Location: Israel (Netanya area, with flexibility for remote work)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our professional and well-established development team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong computational thinking skills and the ability to integrate innovative tools, including AI, into our organisational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for our diverse pharmaceutical operations

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements

3. Integrate innovative technologies, particularly AI tools, into existing and new software solutions

4. Contribute to the architecture and design of complex systems

5. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software

7. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and AI

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

3. Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)

4. Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++)

5. Experience with database technologies and SQL

6. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools

7. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities

10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

2. Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance requirements

3. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

4. Experience with DevOps practices and tools
