Senior Data Manager

A financial company in the Lod area is looking for a data manager for the digital department:

Job description (responsibilities):

• Construction Establishment and management of a business data unit in a financial institution

• Formulating and building a data business strategy in the organization

• Managing and leading projects and business initiatives in the worlds of DATA

• Promotions room management (campaigns)

• Cultivating a data-based work and management culture, assimilating required skills and data literacy throughout the organization

• Subordination to CDO

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the DATA worlds

• Experience in managing employees

• Experience in leading data projects

• Familiarity with SQL and a wide range of data and BI tools, including cloud solutions

• Experience in AI and ML - an advantage

• Ability to drive projects and work with multiple interfaces

• Experience in writing requirements and business specifications

• Has a broad vision and business understanding

• Familiarity with the financial world - an advantage
