Project Coordinator

Solargik is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our International Project Management team.

What will you do?

Project Management and Tracking

• Monitor tens of projects in terms of schedule, contract and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate between design, logistics, construction, finance and support departments to ensure smooth project progression, conduct regular follow-ups with team members.
• Maintain and present clear, accurate and up-to-date information, utilizing project management software and AI tools.
• Analyze project data to assist in risk-assessment and prioritization for project management.

Customer Relations and Communication

• Assist in ensuring swift responses to all customer queries; resolve and escalate issues.
• Work with Finance Team on payments and with Legal Team on contractual changes as needed.

Administrative Support

• Scheduling, meeting summaries, follow-up and other administrative assistance to project management team as needed.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for project and company management.
