About This Role

As the Team Lead for Restaurant Payments you will be responsible for managing and leading the team to ensure timely payment of the revenue towards the Restaurant Partners. Furthermore you will be responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of commission. Next to that you will have a particular focus on restaurant-specific tax regulations, invoicing rules and some accounting activities as well.

Reporting to the Global Process Owner Order to Cash, this is a varied and exciting opportunity. This role would suit a bright and ambitious individual, providing a good opportunity to gain a wider understanding of the financial aspects of our restaurant partners.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead and manage the O2C Accountants in Israel, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure the teams are high-performing and motivated.
• Sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team
• Driving efficient and effective period end close processes for the legal entity
• Responsible for compliance with globally determined rules and regulations and country specific legislation
• Ensures global policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, and/or other stakeholders
• Ensuring the quality of O2C services by reviewing new customers and (intercompany) invoices, manual payment entry, refunds, reconciliations and the calculation of seizure payments
• Ensuring the delivery of O2C services by reviewing and approving invoices, request for issuance of credit notes, refund request, settlement runs, write offs, provisioning and master data changes
• Review of O2C related balance sheet account reconciliations
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• 3+ years of experience in a Finance related leadership role
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams mastering Hebrew and a strong level of English.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Lots of initiative, keen to seek out improvements and find solutions if problems are encountered
• Project management experience is a plus
