About this opportunity 

The iTero business unit is growing fast so we are looking for an experienced Sr. project manager to support this growth in a sustainable fashion.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing activities related to enabling enterprise systems for business enablement of New Product Introduction as well as geographical expansion of existing products.  This role will be part of the business enablement Center of Excellence team and will have exposure to the leadership team.

In this role, you will… 

• Be the focal point to all business enablement project readiness matters, as top priority/high visibility initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end business enablement projects, coordinate requirements sessions with both stakeholders and supporting teams; Create project plans with tasks/dependencies adhering to deadlines.
• Coordinate work and tasks with cross-organization teams such as IT, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Master Data, QA/RA, Engineering, Customer Success,  Regional Business Operations, etc,  to successfully execute deployments.
• Establish the cadence with all relevant stakeholders to maintain tasks on target.
• Identify gaps, document and resolve issues encountered during deployments, escalate within internal teams and leadership team as needed.
• Participate in progress reviews, communicate progress to the leadership team to keep project aligned to goals.
• Establish KPI’s to measure success, drive lessons learned sessions, recommend improvements.

In this role, you’ll need … 

• BA/BSc in industrial engineering or equivalent with technical expertise.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management or alternatively, an Operations role directly leading and implementing projects.
• 4-5 years experience in roles with exposure to Product development, IT, Commercial readiness, Finance.
• Proven experience leading complex cross functional projects in a multi cultural environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills with all levels in an organization including senior management.  Superior interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach, assertiveness, ability to adapt to change, multitask and set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to create formal documentation and templates.
• Medical device experience a Plus.
