Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our brilliant team!

The ideal candidate will lead technical and operational projects based on feedback and requirements raised by our customers and internal business teams. This role includes research and resolving issues with the help of the R&D,product, data, and business teams. We are looking for a highly technical person who can own and support the activity from end to end.

What will you actually do:

1. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your project management expertise.
2. Focus on managing projects using Agile methodologies. Embrace Agile values, emphasizing iterative delivery, flexibility, and collaboration.
3. Work with the engineering team to identify cross-team dependencies and bring them through to closure
4. Provide solutions to overcome challenges and roadblocks in the development process.
5. Set project schedules and technical deliverable milestones, monitor progress and ensure completion of development milestones
6. Implement and manage the release process from development to testing and then finally to the production environments.
7. Ensure continuous improvement across all engineering processes and methodologies
8. Work to improve KPIs by analyzing workflows and collecting metrics that can help quantify engineering productivity and velocity

What do you bring with you:

• Experience in Audio Gen AI or IT project management
• 2 years experience in working with significant clients
• Executive presence, experienced in working with technical teams along with C-levels and executives internally and externally
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in global development environments with multi-function and remote team
• Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and development flows, dive deep into complex problems and find their root cause
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Passion for music - a plus!
