Are you ready to conquer new heights? We've already brought the world's most advanced water technology to over 900,000 homes in Israel, and now we're looking for our next NPI Engineer!

What awaits you?

• Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Full responsibility for products from development end to production
• Setting up manufacturing and assembly infrastructure, including molds and tooling
• Working with international ODM/OEM suppliers
• Managing changes and improvements in existing products (ECO)
• Providing technical support and engineering solutions in the field

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Systems/Electronics Engineering
• 4+ years' experience in NPI processes and multidisciplinary product manufacturing
• Experience leading large-scale projects in high-tech/consumer products industries
• Familiarity with CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks) and PDM systems
• Knowledge in writing work procedures
• Proficiency in Office, MS Project
