At GeoX, we specialize in creating extensive property databases from aerial imagery. Our AI models and tools assist governmental institutions, insurance carriers, and infrastructure companies in their decision-making processes.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale image analysis and database creation, incorporating AI

models and various tools. They oversee quality assurance to ensure the data meets high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Timeline Management: Oversee data production timelines and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage various stakeholders: Coordinate the data production among internal and external stakeholders, business units and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by identifying and correcting errors. Design and implement QA tests to validate the integrity of datasets. 
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Facilitate clear and effective communication to understand client requirements thoroughly. Ensure clients are well-informed about our capabilities and the specific deliverables they can expect.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of their tasks and maintain alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Research & define new features: Develop new features and types of data based on client needs.
• Documentation & Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for both projects and products. Establish and update production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Management Expertise: Significant experience in managing complex projects.
• Excel & Data Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Geospatial Expertise: Geographic knowledge and experience with geospatial data and layers.
• GIS Familiarity: Comfortable working with GIS systems.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
