About the Role:

As a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist you will spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. The role will involve crafting and executing strategic paid campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Google Ads, to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads to attract and convert target audiences.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through rigorous testing of audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Budget Management and Analytics: Manage advertising budgets efficiently while utilizing analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including creative, content, analytics, and BI to align campaigns with overarching marketing goals and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including campaign management, optimization, and budget allocation.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills coupled with a strategic mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuous Learning: Proactive in staying updated with the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to foster effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent Hebrew and English.
