Our services include large-scale Cloud and IT solutions to many businesses in Israel and abroad while collaborating with global Vendors such as Microsoft, Monday.com, and other known tech brands. The company provides comprehensive solutions and managed services for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On-Premise, etc.

The HR and Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes and HR processes.

The position includes:

· Ensure the operational aspects of various HR processes, including on-boarding/off-boarding process, welfare activities, employee retention and development, etc.   

·Be the focal point for employees for HR-related issues and a trusted advisor to employees and managers.

· Lead the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and best practices.

·Managing of full-cycle recruiting from initial stage of profile definition through screening CVs and conducting phone and HR interviews for a variety of positions – IT, Cloud, Cyber, Sales, etc.

Professional requirements

· 2-3 years of experience in HR positions at High Tech company / Young Startup.  

· 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, especially in Cloud / IT , SAAS companies.

· Experience conducting HR interviews.

· Knowledge of various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of a LinkedIn recruiter.  

· Relevant bachelor's degree.

· Experience using task management tools such as Monday/Jira and full proficiency in MS Office.

· Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.

· Multitasking, highly organized with attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic.  

· Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

· High-level English – reading, writing, speaking.
