Responsibilities:

• Standardize PM processes, ensure on-time delivery, and align projects with strategy.
• Oversee projects, develop/update methodologies, and promote PM skill improvement.
• Track progress, define KPIs, select/prioritize projects, and facilitate communication.
• Conduct quality reviews, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years PMO experience (Tech Industry)
• Excellent operational skills, detail-oriented with a big-picture view.
• Strong project management & resource management knowledge.
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field and development process management experience.
• Top-notch communication, quick thinking, self-motivated learner.
• Hebrew & English fluency (Russian a big plus).

Technical Skills:

• Jira & MS Project (2+ yrs)
• SQL & REDIS project experience (2+ yrs)
• Operational project experience (2-3 yrs)
