Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition underwriting and due diligence of new real estate investment opportunities.
• Evaluate & analyze multiple project real estate opportunities for iintoo's investment committee.
• Complete the commercial underwriting model, including sensitivity analysis, cash flow, rent roll, and return analysis.
• Oversee, monitor, and analyze the active portfolio.
• Identify operational problems that could impact investment values and recommend corrective measures to senior management and operating partners.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance cash flow and profitability. Monitor, review, and evaluate their execution and financial operating results.
• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements for each property.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Strong Excel knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of financial modeling
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related area.
• Extremely self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills.
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing great end results.
