Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Collection Management and Administration professional at HR Search Recruitment (IL) - Accounting | Finance | Hospitality.

The role involves:

• - Issuing a charge rule
• - Debt enforcement - tracking payments and arranging a standing order
• - Production of receipts
• - Making deposits to the bank
• - Receiving redemptions and issuing charges
• - Follow up on rental agreements
• - Preparation of reports: annual budget, budget for performance, etc.

The role is located in the Tel Aviv (north) District, Israel.

Qualifications

• - Experience in the collection field - an advantage
• - Ability to deal with multiple suppliers and interfaces
• - Ability to perform several tasks at the same time and work under pressure
• - Knowledge and experience working with SAP - an advantage
• - Good mastery of Excel - mandatory
• - Full-time availability 08:00 - 17:00
