We are hiring a Full time Interior Designer
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
+ 2+ years of experience
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Proven concept design skills are mandatory.
+ Hospitality / public spaces/office proven experience
+ Proficiency in CAD, Rhino*, Adobe, and other design software
+ Navigate construction documentation & building codes
+ Must be a team player, but can work autonomously as well
Job description:
+ Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing construction and collaborating with contractors and vendors.
+ Present design concepts, including floor plans, renderings, and material selections.
+ Develop detailed project budgets and timelines and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
+ Conduct site visits and communicate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
+ Collaborate with other designers and architects to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
