Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our corporate and commercial practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, exceptional legal research and analysis skills, and a proven ability to effectively represent both Israeli and international clients in a wide range of complex corporate and commercial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements, such as purchase and sale agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
• Advise clients on financing matters, including debt and equity financing, loan agreements, and security arrangements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client counseling and transaction execution.
• Collaborate effectively with partners and senior associates on complex legal matters.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
