DevOps Manager

Transmit security is seeking an experienced Devops team leader for one of our company’s flagship products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team that manages and supports multiple production cloud environments that serve mission critical processes for enterprise customers.

As a DevOps team lead at transmit security, you will be responsible to create, maintain and improve a state of the art enterprise grade environment that can provide our customers the top and high-end service that can be provided.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of 5 Devops engineers responsible for maintaining and operating one of our flagship cloud products in a multi cloud environment.
• Responsibility for production infrastructure including application deployment, SLA, monitoring, backup, BCP, etc.
• Work with multiple stakeholders such as R&D, support, sales, and translate business requirements to relevant solutions.
• Make sure our system stays and becomes world class enterprise grade system

What you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of leading an Devops /SRE team responsible and supporting Saas production environment
• At least 2 years of Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• At least 2 years hands-on with Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for monitoring, security and stability
• Experience with cloudflare - advantage
• Experience with grafana, p8s, argoCD, github, Jenkins - advantage
