Job Description

Bringing innovative concepts and ideas to life by creating prototypes and conducting thorough testing to support the development of cutting-edge medical products and technologies that meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations

Responsibilities:

• Take part in the process development of medical devices 

• Study the manufacturing technology and equipment to achieve expertise in the field 

• Develop manufacturing procedures, engage with the NPD engineers, provide inputs and needs important for the device development

• Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures required for the process development

• Conduct tests and experiments, document and analyze test results, offer insights and recommendations to the development team

• Identify and meticulously document defects, anomalies, or areas for improvement during testing

• Write technology transfer documents, including work instructions and specification documents

• Travel to manufacturing sites worldwide, provide training for NPI team members and assist with the implementation and transfer of new processes from NPD to NPI

Education / Experience / Skills:

1. Technical background in mechanics and/or electronics, 1-4 years of experience in technical work in the industry or at the army

2. Technological Diploma or technological army qualification is a great advantage

3. Hands-on with great technical skills

4. Familiar with prototyping tools and software, such as 3D printing, CAD software, etc.

5. Strong problem-solving capabilities and acute attention to details

6. Creative thinking and the capacity to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration aptitude.

8. Willing to travel abroad

9. Excellent English- a must!
