MyHeritage is looking for a dynamic and innovative Onsite SEO and Content Specialist to play a pivotal role in our marketing team. This position places a strong emphasis on content planning, optimization, and creativity, with a specific focus on international SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices but also brings experience in managing content initiatives on a global scale. Proficiency in English at a high level (not necessarily mother tongue) is a crucial requirement for effective collaboration in our international team.

What you Will Do

• Global Content Strategy & Innovative Initiatives:
• Develop and align global content strategies with business and SEO goals.
• Drive creative content initiatives for diverse global audiences.
• Collaborate with diverse teams for cultural insights, localization, and exploring new formats and platforms for international brand presence.
• Content Optimization:
• Conduct international keyword research and optimize content for diverse audiences.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices considering language variations.
• Technical SEO & Monitoring:
• Collaborate on technical aspects for global site optimization.
• Utilize Google Search Console for monitoring and enhancing international search performance.
• Content Calendar & Coordination:
• Develop and manage an international content calendar.
• Coordinate with global teams for timely content delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor international metrics using SEO tools and analytics.
• Create and manage dashboards for informed decision-making.
  

What you will bring

• 3+ years of proven experience in international content-focused SEO roles.
• Proven track record of on-page optimisation and large scale content planning and strategy
• In-depth knowledge of international SEO, search algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console, Screaming Frog (or equivalent), Looker, Excel and other SEO tools.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Experience in creating and managing performance dashboards.
