We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Management: Manage projects and be responsible for the overall execution of the group while working closely with product managers, group, and team leaders, system architects, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery.
• Roadmap Planning and Execution: Take accountability for roadmap planning, management, and R&D execution, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and capabilities.
• Stakeholder and Customer Communication: Proactively engage with stakeholders and customers, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and proposing solutions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Resource Planning: Plan resources and make ongoing adjustments to meet project needs effectively.
• Problem Solving and Escalation: Act as a catalyst and escalation point for technical teams and groups, eliminating obstacles and ensuring smooth progress.
• Performance Measurement: Measure teams' progress in quality, efficiency, collaboration, and success rates.
• Agile Methodology Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and meetings, ensuring that technical teams are engaged and productive.
• Release Management: Manage release cycles and scope, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Sprint Oversight: Oversee sprint management, ensuring that technical tasks are prioritized and completed effectively.
• Jira and Confluence Administration: Serve as the Jira and Confluence Admin for the group, including managing dashboards, projects, filters, workflows, and automation, with a focus on technical project tracking.
• Gatekeeping and Support: Act as the gatekeeper for external distractions and serve as the go-to person for everyone within the group, particularly for technical queries and support
  
  

• At least 6 years of experience in Agile software project management, with a focus on Scrum development and deployment lifecycle – must
• At least 4 years of experience in managing cloud-based projects - must
• Experience as a Jira Administrator – Big advantage
• Familiarity with the sports industry and sports betting industry - an advantage
• Experience in leading machine learning, data science projects based on queues (RMQ, Kafka, etc) - an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent - an advantage
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
